Clacton Air Show - Fundraising Stall
We will be having a fundraising stall at the Clacton Air Show.
No transport provided.
The dates are Thursday 21 & Friday 22 August. In addition to the day flying, As dusk falls on Thursday (21), the excitement continues with a stunning twilight festival of the sky featuring illuminated aircraft, lasers, and pyrotechnics.
The official show site opening time each day is 11am and closes 10pm Thursday and 5pm Friday.
Displays are due to start around 13.00 & 19.30 (Twilight flights) on Thursday and 13:00 Friday although timings this could change due to operational requirements.

Tillingham Flower Show - Fundraising Stall
We will be having a fundraising stall at the Tillingham Flower Show.
The Grapevine Dance Team will be performing.

The Tillingham Flower Show in 2025 will be held on Saturday, July 26th, on the West Field in Tillingham. The parade starts at 1:00 pm, and the main field event begins at 2:00 pm. The event will feature horticultural and handicraft marquees, over 80 stallholders, and field displays.

Pedestrian access to the West Field is via Vicarage Lane.
Car parking for visitors is available down Vicarage Lane for £2.00 per car.
There will be disabled parking on the field.
Cash is preferred for payments during the event.

Fawlty Towers Fundraiser
The Fawlty Towers Comedy Dinner Show by Comedy Dinner Experiences. Starring Grapevine’s very own Simon Jones!
Friday 3rd January 2025 at 7:30pm held at The Billericay Theatre.
This is a tribute to the classic comedy series where you will be served a three-course meal with a difference. Hosted by Basil & Sybil Fawlty. And don’t worry about Manuel, he’s from Barcelona.
The show starts in the bar at 7.30pm. A three course meal is provided.
Please be aware there can be loud noise, bangs and violence as Manuel will get beaten up, a lot!
Tickets are £35 per person.

Fashion Show - Fundraising Event
The Chelmsford Lions Club in conjunction with John Lewis in Chelmsford will be holding a fashion show on Saturday 30 September from 3:45pm until 6pm. The event will be raising funds for Grapevine Essex, so we encourage you to attend.
The John Lewis Personal Stylists will showcase the new season autumn winter 2023 range of womenswear, menswear and kidswear. Enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival and receive a John Lewis Goody Bag. There will also be a raffle for your chance to win some fabulous prizes.
Tickets are £10 per person and are available to buy online from the Chelmsford Lions website

Charity Fun Walk
The Fun Walk is an annual event organised by Basildon, Billericay & Wickford Council for Voluntary Services (BBWCVS) on behalf of the Fun Walk Trust. Like last year, the walk is virtual again and we are asking for members and their families to join in!
- Participants are asked to walk either 2K (suitable for families, toddlers and the disabled) or 5K.
- Supporters can walk the equivalent distance anywhere, any time during September and involve other people in their household.
