We have been invited to join in a sports and fun day at Benfleet. We will be getting a team together.
Sporting events include archery, discus, javelin, shot put, bowls, boccia, table cricket, table tennis vs 'robot', new age curling, and basketball and a wheelchair slalom.
The games include bags in buckets, bomber dart, shove ha'penny, sticky balls and various other similar activities.
An art project is available and has proven popular.
Musical interludes occur during the day, and this is followed by entertainment with audience participation.

The day is organised so that the participants, no matter the type or severity of their disability, can participate in a variety of sporting activities, games and pastimes in the knowledge that their achievements will be recognised with medals, applause and a team trophy. They can try many or just a few of the events.
The afternoon session includes music, entertainment, a raffle and medal presentation. All participants receive at least one medal. There is a trophy for the winning team.
Discover scuba diving with trained instructors from the Orca Scuba Diving Academy. The session begins with a brief introduction to scuba diving principles and equipment. You'll then enter the pool to practice basic skills under water.
Swimming in the pool also available.

We meet up again with Blue Badge guide Claire for a guided walking tour of the charming medieval town of Lavenham. It was one of the richest towns in England in its day and used as an idyllic backdrop for many famous films and TV including Harry Potter. Our tour will finish at the Cock Horse pub for lunch.

This unique experience combines gentle yoga with the playful company of adorable pygmy goats. UK Sailing Academy, Isle of Wight (Residential - 3 days/2 nights)
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure on the Isle of Wight! We’ll be staying for 2 nights and 3 days in comfortable full‑board accommodation, with all meals included. We’re making a return visit to Darsham Country Centre - a beautiful rural retreat nestled in the heart of Suffolk. We will have exclusive use of the self-catering kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and private garden. Outings include visits to The Food Museum where there are 17 historic buildings, a farm, watermill and animals to see; a boat trip exploring an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the river Alde; the Long Shop Museum where the original 18th‑century factory site is preserved with full‑size steam engines, and lastly, the Tide Mill in Woodbridge.

You shall go to the ball this Christmas with award-winning television presenter Rylan, who returns to play the Fairy Godfather, and broadcaster and Strictly star Ross King as Buttons. Packed with all of the traditional pantomime ingredients, Cinderella features laugh-out-loud comedy, stunning scenery, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos and hisses.
